I am from Ethiopia i am usa citizen i have been 17 years in USA i have 3 child's one of them with me in usa i applied 3 of them after i got my citizens that mean 2012 for Small mistake embassy refuused after interview 3 of them did interview 2014 still my childs at Ethiopia only 1 child got visa 2 of them still in Ethiopia i am so sickness because with out family how is hard i need help

I been since1988 got marry to us citizens we have to kids in 1991,1993 we split out never got a divorce so she marry someone finale she past away 5 year ago any chance

It's been for decades. Regardless of your status, you are illegible to agree on a card when you get married to USA citizens, even if you are in a day in the United States or somewhere else .

Discretionary, some deserve it. Just think. There are spouses that are going to the asylum process for years and have permanent bar due to doble entrance. Imagine cross and be detained by.BP snd instead of being detained for several months return to their home country then their problem continue and cross again, then married to a soldier get a family and apply for asylum...MIL PIP does not cures PB, but this may solve it. Remember detentions at the border in early 2000's was not like it is now.

I got my I-601a approved but I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the country and having the embassy deciding my case because if there’s a tiny thing, they put you in administrative processing and then you wait for a long time until that happens and there’s no timeline for that . PIP is a much better , safer option and you don’t need to leave the US!
